DevSalesAi provides a one-time AI business visibility audit (the "Business Presence Scan"). The audit reviews your website, SEO foundations, AEO and GEO readiness, brand trust signals, and conversion path, and delivers a scored summary and a detailed report with prioritized recommendations.

The audit is an expert assessment and a set of recommendations. It is not a guarantee of specific search rankings, traffic, revenue, or business outcomes — results depend on factors outside our control, including how and whether the recommendations are implemented. We do not use fear-based tactics or promise outcomes we cannot control.

The Business Presence Scan is offered for a flat fee of $250 USD, payable at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.

After payment and form submission, we begin your scan and deliver the report to the email you provide, typically within a few business days. Accurate information from you (including a working website URL) helps us deliver a complete audit.

If we have not yet started your audit, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@devsalesai.com. Once work has begun, refunds are handled case by case in good faith. If you believe the delivered audit fell short of what was promised, contact us and we will make it right.

You agree to provide accurate information and to have the authority to request an audit of the website you submit. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement the recommendations.

The report we deliver is yours to use within your business. The underlying methodology, frameworks, and website content remain the property of DevSalesAi. You may not resell or redistribute the audit as a standalone product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevSalesAi's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the audit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you purchase governs your order. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
