We collect only what we need to deliver the audit and respond to you:

Information you provide. Your name, business name, email, phone number, website URL, industry, and any goals or messages you share when you complete the audit form or contact us.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers; Stripe handles that securely on our behalf.

Usage data. Standard analytics such as pages visited and general device information, used to improve the site.

We use your information to deliver your audit, communicate with you about your order, answer your questions, process payment, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

Your audit findings and the details you share are confidential. We never publish a client's name or results as a public example without explicit written permission.

We use trusted third parties to operate the service, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for secure data storage, and Vercel for hosting and analytics. These providers process data only as needed to perform their services.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time, subject to records we are required to keep.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@devsalesai.com. You can also opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

We may update this policy as our service evolves. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
